Do I have to have a diagnosis to become a Momentum artist?
No! Our studio is open to anyone that ‘self-identifies’ as having a disability or mental health condition– including adhd, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, etc. We do not require any paperwork or doctor’s verification.
Do you accept used art supplies for donation?
Yes! We would happily take your gently used art supplies. Contact Emma at [email protected] to set up a drop off time.
How can I become a volunteer? What do Momentum volunteers do?
For volunteer opportunities, contact Emma at [email protected]. We are always looking for volunteer artists to help teach classes/workshops, and individuals to assist with general studio upkeep!
Is there an age limit to be in the studio?
Because we serve a wide range of individuals, we encourage parents to contact Emma at [email protected] to inquire about minors attending open studio times.
Is Momentum studio handicap accessible?
We do our very best to ensure that our studio space is accessible to people of all abilities. In the event that you need specific accomodations, please contact Emma at [email protected].
